Mandisa is a student journalist at Cape Peninsula University of Technology. A chef by qualification and a writer at heart. She thrives in creative spaces and lives for all things different.
She was one of five finalists in the Galliova student food writers awards – 2014. Mandisa possesses experience in working in several fine dining establishments as an intern chef. She has also been exposed to the world of media working as a food stylist assistant at Fresh Living magazine.
She dreams of traveling the world and capturing the flavours of foreign and underrated destinations through her writing and the shuttering of her lenses.
At the fore front of it all, she is a strong believer .
